- Leasing & Housing Placement SupportIdentifying and pursuing rental opportunities that align with client needs, program requirements, and landlord criteria. This includes coordinating showings, supporting the application process, and managing lease logistics from initial search through execution.
- Transaction Process CoordinationProviding guidance and support throughout the leasing process, including required documentation, timelines, and next steps. This ensures all parties remain aligned and informed from application to lease execution.
- Landlord & Agency CoordinationFacilitating communication between clients, landlords, and agencies to support alignment, documentation flow, and timely decision making throughout the leasing process.
- Inspection Preparation & Readiness
Offering guidance to help reduce avoidable inspection delays and support a smoother transition from approved unit to move-in readiness.

If you have a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) or are participating in an agency-supported housing program such as Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), or Transitional Housing, the next step is to complete a housing intake so we can determine the appropriate path forward.
